And, I cant get them because they're there for emergency use?! D: Which makes me have to get money from mom again to get my own needs.. my reference books... Which are not really cheap.. Also not THAT expensive.. I really wanna pay on my own but she just gave me the money == But she did mention that I pay on my own for entertainment. xD

Lesson learned, ask for cash payment from your employer next time. Lol.
